Developed on 4,000m2 of land, there are nine 2-bed villas and two 3-bed villas set in a delightful garden setting with some very old trees, including some fine, aged specimens of Frangipani. The thoughtfully designed layout of the villa made for a feeling of relaxation and the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable.

Each bedroom had a lavishly equipped en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and a huge terrazzo bathtub. The extremely pleasant living and dining area is open on two sides but can be closed off with folding glass doors; still affording a view over the private swimming pool. The villa has ample air-conditioning throughout, ceiling fan, CD/DVD/MP3 player and a Samsung High Definition TV with an extensive selection of channels. A small kitchen area is more than adequate for the preparation of snacks and light meals; it has an electric kettle, a toaster, juice-extractor and coffee maker plus a microwave oven, gas burners and a refrigerator that doubles as a mini-bar.
