The Main Villas have their own private Pool, two air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms. All rooms in direct access to the tropical private garden. The sunken deck awaits you to welcome your guest, read a book, paint a picture, and listen to music or to just do nothing. A Balinese Gazebo on the garden holds a 3x4m Jacuzzi with attached daybed.

Our Guesthouse – 1 Bedroom without pool
Our Guesthouse has one huge air-conditioned bedroom with attached bathroom. A cozy living room with a 2x3m daybed let this place be a very flexible option if you have some overnight guests. The Guesthouse has no private pool and no separate kitchen. We certainly invite you to use the kitchen in the common garden.

Living and Dining

The magnificent, airy, open-sided main Living and Dining Pavillion is central to the entire villa and has ample lounging and dining areas for up to 12 people.

Relax on the contemporary sofas, or stretch out on the huge, antique daybed under the gentle breeze of the ceiling fans, and take in 360 degrees views of the ocean and gardens. Enjoy great conversation while you dine on the chefs delicious Western or Indonesian meals around the rare teak dining table.

Alternatively, chill out in the more intimate Pool Pavilion, or enjoy alfresco dining under the stars by flickering candlelight on the outdoor Dining Deck.

All areas have Bose outdoor amplifiers for the enjoyment of either pre-loaded music, or your own via an iPod dock.

Kitchen and Services

Although you won’t need to set foot in it, the immaculate, fully-equipped, modern kitchen is joined by a covered walkway to the Dining Pavilion and includes a hot & cold water dispenser, juicer, top-of-the-range Jura coffee machine and a wine fridge.

Jagaditha’s excellent chef will shop for groceries and expertly prepare all your meals, from hearty breakfasts with home-made smoothies, to delicious salads, a simple BBQ or gourmet dining. The little ones will love his children’s menu, too (especially the enormous home-baked cookies!)

Pool and Garden

Jagaditha has been designed, built, landscaped and lit by some of the best in Bali. After stepping through the beautifully restored and antique Javanese entrance doors, the luscious garden surprises and delights as it unfolds before you. It finally reveals the uniquely shaped infinity pool which magically appears to flow into the ocean.

The pool has a cool, smooth palimanan stone deck with room for 8 sun loungers and a wide, shallow ledge has been designed with little ones in mind, so they can enjoy hours of supervised fun in the water. Every corner of the tropical garden, with its tranquil fishponds and enormous lily pads, ancient frangipani trees and swaying palms, offers a relaxing respite from your normal fast pace of life. If you tire of basking in the sun, pad barefoot across the soft grass to the pool pavilion with a good book, or swing gently in the hammock nestled in the shadow of two majestic palm trees. Perhaps you might simply enjoy the quiet solitude of your own verandah, watching the dragonflies dance across the lily ponds, then finish the day sipping a cool drink on the Sunset Pavilion as you watch the glorious sunset over the ocean’s horizon.

Bedrooms
Elegant and tranquil with beautifully designed pieces of Balinese style furniture, Villa Joss’s four bedrooms are enclosed in a separate two-storey living area facing the pool.

The two double bedrooms downstairs are almost identical in size and style. The four-poster double beds draped with mosquito netting lending a traditional romantic feel, while one room is accented with touches of red and pink, the other has more masculine hints of blue and brown.

Each bedroom boasts a flat screen LG TV and a dressing area with built-in wardrobes with ample hanging space. Downstairs the bathrooms have sensuously curved stone baths looking out to a lush outdoor shower garden. Upstairs the single-bedded rooms are no less charming, the quality of the furnishing and decoration consistent throughout.

Ensuite Bathrooms
The downstairs are bathrooms are unusually spacious boasting both indoor and outdoor showers, double sink unit and large freestanding stone baths. The stone floors and temple carving in the shower echo the high quality of materials and craftmanship used throughout the villa, while the glass walls looking on to the outdoor shower lend the bathroom a lush back-to-nature feel. Hidden behind a wall that shields villa guests from prying eyes without taking away from the sea views, the double-storey Villa LeGa is built around a central 12-metre swimming pool, complete with outdoors shower and various water features, which takes up most of the garden space. It boasts five ensuite bedrooms each possessing massive beds and flat screens; they are furnished in a simple, elegant style with just a dash of glamour added with sparkling accents on cushions and throws.

The touches of glamour can also be found in the white all-weather loungers and daybeds to be found both around the pool and on the upstairs deck overlooking the ocean. Bedrooms
Villa LeGa has five en suite bedrooms in total, all boasting massive 2mx2m king sized beds with mosquito nets, cable television and DVD player, sound systems, international telephone lines, writing desks and chairs, Balinese artwork and modern, glamorous decor touches.

Furnished using mixed media, the combination of dark wood, light wicker, crisp white linen and sparkling accents in the form of cushions and throws in different colours – red, black, bronze, gold and pink-tinged green – in each, the bedrooms are spacious and simple chic in style.

Two large, identical bedrooms downstairs lead onto the wooden deck surrounding the swimming pool. Both have a dressing room and open-air en suite bathroom with double basin, rain shower and bath. A third, smaller, en suite bedroom can be found upstairs immediately to the left of the stairs. Furnished in identical style, but in golden accents, to the rest of the bedrooms, this room is no less charming for its smaller size – indeed, it is the perfect bedroom for a child, right next door to one of the two master bedrooms upstairs.

Which leads us to the two master bedrooms. The first, right next door to the third smaller bedroom and straight ahead at the top of the stairs, is situated above the downstairs living area, overlooking the pool below and the sea beyond. This room boasts a massive dressing room, as well as a large open-air bathroom including basin, bath and rain shower – a rain shower with a secret sweeping sea and Seminyak view! The room, which features pinkish green/bronze accents, also has a small sitting area complete with two comfortable chairs in front of the TV. Double glass doors slide open and lead you onto a private wooden deck overlooking the pool and ocean.

Turn right when you reach the top of the stairs, and the wraparound wooden deck will lead you to the second master bedroom. And this is the bedroom to draw straws for. With two sets of double glass sliding doors – one leading onto the deck looking over the pool and the other onto the front deck and lounge area overlooking the ocean – this room is guaranteed to make the most of those cooling sea breezes. A smaller dressing room leaves extra space for this large bedroom, while the outdoors bathroom boasts both rain shower and bath. The winning feature of this room is, undoubtedly, the front deck. Step out of the front set of sliding doors into paradise – complete with bar area, sundowner lounge area and views over the ocean to the other side of the world.

Ensuite bathrooms
Each open-air en suite bathroom in Villa LeGa comes complete with its own separate dressing area boasting large amounts of cupboard space. The two downstairs bathrooms both feature double basins, rain showers and baths.

Upstairs, the bathroom off the smaller bedroom boasts a single basin and rain shower. The master bedroom next to this undoubtedly has the most noteworthy bathroom. Watch the waves crashing onto the Seminyak shore while you indulge in a rain shower or sink into the luxury of the raised bath while listening to the soothing sounds of the sea. Even the large dressing area off this bathroom can boast a sea view! Finally, the bathroom off the second master bedroom may not have the sea view of its partner, but it too comes complete with rain shower, bath and single basin.

Bedrooms
Villa LeGa has five en suite bedrooms in total, all boasting massive 2mx2m king sized beds with mosquito nets, cable television and DVD player, sound systems, international telephone lines, writing desks and chairs, Balinese artwork and modern, glamorous decor touches.

Furnished using mixed media, the combination of dark wood, light wicker, crisp white linen and sparkling accents in the form of cushions and throws in different colours – red, black, bronze, gold and pink-tinged green – in each, the bedrooms are spacious and simple chic in style.

Two large, identical bedrooms downstairs lead onto the wooden deck surrounding the swimming pool. Both have a dressing room and open-air en suite bathroom with double basin, rain shower and bath. A third, smaller, en suite bedroom can be found upstairs immediately to the left of the stairs. Furnished in identical style, but in golden accents, to the rest of the bedrooms, this room is no less charming for its smaller size – indeed, it is the perfect bedroom for a child, right next door to one of the two master bedrooms upstairs.

Which leads us to the two master bedrooms. The first, right next door to the third smaller bedroom and straight ahead at the top of the stairs, is situated above the downstairs living area, overlooking the pool below and the sea beyond. This room boasts a massive dressing room, as well as a large open-air bathroom including basin, bath and rain shower – a rain shower with a secret sweeping sea and Seminyak view! The room, which features pinkish green/bronze accents, also has a small sitting area complete with two comfortable chairs in front of the TV. Double glass doors slide open and lead you onto a private wooden deck overlooking the pool and ocean.

Turn right when you reach the top of the stairs, and the wraparound wooden deck will lead you to the second master bedroom. And this is the bedroom to draw straws for. With two sets of double glass sliding doors – one leading onto the deck looking over the pool and the other onto the front deck and lounge area overlooking the ocean – this room is guaranteed to make the most of those cooling sea breezes. A smaller dressing room leaves extra space for this large bedroom, while the outdoors bathroom boasts both rain shower and bath. The winning feature of this room is, undoubtedly, the front deck. Step out of the front set of sliding doors into paradise – complete with bar area, sundowner lounge area and views over the ocean to the other side of the world.

Ensuite bathrooms
Each open-air en suite bathroom in Villa LeGa comes complete with its own separate dressing area boasting large amounts of cupboard space. The two downstairs bathrooms both feature double basins, rain showers and baths.

Upstairs, the bathroom off the smaller bedroom boasts a single basin and rain shower. The master bedroom next to this undoubtedly has the most noteworthy bathroom. Watch the waves crashing onto the Seminyak shore while you indulge in a rain shower or sink into the luxury of the raised bath while listening to the soothing sounds of the sea. Even the large dressing area off this bathroom can boast a sea view! Finally, the bathroom off the second master bedroom may not have the sea view of its partner, but it too comes complete with rain shower, bath and single basin.

Living Area & Swimming Pool
The breezy open air, and open plan living, dining and kitchen area downstairs, which allows the outdoors in courtesy of sets of sliding glass doors on two sides, opens onto the wooden deck surrounding the pool.

Furnished using the same mixed media approach as the rest of the house, exquisitely carved teak forms the base of the coffee and dining tables, which are then topped by glass. Dark wood mixes with lighter wood, which, in turn, mixes with the even lighter wicker furniture that makes up the seating area. A large couch set looks out onto the pool, with cream cushions allowing for the type of comfortable seating every living area should have.

Another carved teak and glass table forms a unique lighting feature in one corner, with bulbs placed inside the wooden base beneath the glass. Other Balinese carving, lighting and art accents add to the overall ambience, while a water feature to the left of the sitting area gurgles away, adding to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

The 12-metre swimming pool out front, with its wooden deck, eight all-weather white loungers and double daybed furnished in bright red cushions, dominates the rest of the space at Villa LeGa – which is as it should be for any holiday home. An outdoor shower right next to the pool ensures sandy feet don’t mar the gleaming blue, while yet another water feature adds to the overall soothing effect water has.

Dining Area
To the right of the seating area lies the aforementioned carved teak and glass dining table, with high backed chairs, able to seat up to eight adults. The five bedroom villa, surrounded on two sides by rice fields, provides a wide choice of areas for dining and entertaining. Balconies and verandas have been positioned to maximize the panoramic views and the cooling tropical breezes.

Living & Dining
Welcoming guests with its generous size and openness, the living room offers a sweeping view of the pool, gardens and adjacent rice fields. Cooled by ceiling fans and natural ventilation, the room is furnished with cream leather sofas, chairs and bar stools. The centerpiece is an impressive iron chandelier designed by the owners. There is a polished granite party bar with fridge and sink, and a round table with chairs for intimate dining.

A stairway leads down to the dining room, located on ground level next to the pool terrace. The room is furnished with a three meter long table which seats ten. Folding glass doors offer guests cool alfresco dining and the ambience is enhanced by water sounds emanating from adjacent ornamental ponds, water spouts and bubbling urns.

Kitchen and Media Room
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the chef needs to prepare delicious meals in accordance with the requests of each guest. A wet kitchen and a laundry room are both tucked away at the back, along with the staff entrance.

The air-conditioned media room is equipped with a 32-inch LCD flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system. This comfortable room is furnished with two deeply-cushioned sofas, traditional batik cushions, a games table with Plexiglas chairs, and an innovative glass topped coffee table created by hand from coffee-wood branches.

ACCOMMODATION

Master Suite
The Master Suite is accessed by an elevated covered walkway. A sliding door opens to reveal the air-conditioned office/living room, complete with antique desk, chairs and original artwork on the walls.

The Master Bedroom shows a splendid king-size, canopied bed, dressed in white linens and mosquito netting. The views from this room and balcony are breathtaking. The balcony is furnished with a cushioned day bed, rattan armchairs and a dining table for a private breakfast or lunch. This is also a wonderful spot for sunset cocktails.

The en-suite air-conditioned bathroom boasts a cream-colored marble floor, an abundance of wall mirrors, and an oval-shaped terrazzo bathtub for two and twin marble washbasins. A toilet cubicle and a separate shower are each entered via frosted glass doors. There is a large closet and dressing area with built-in wardrobes, drawers and plenty of storage space. A safe deposit box and mini-bar fridge can be found in the dressing area.

Guests Suite
This generous bedroom is furnished with antiques and artwork, an Oriental rug and a king-size, four-poster steel bed. The bed has elaborate white mosquito netting which allows guests to sleep with the folding glass doors open to the rice field views, or to choose the option of air-conditioning.

The Guest Suite is equipped with a safe deposit box and a mini-bar fridge. A beautiful old cabinet holds a TV and DVD player. The dressing area and en-suite bathroom follow the same layout and have the same amenities as the Master Suite. The wide wrap around white Palimanan stone terrace is furnished with an antique carved Timorese table and chairs for private dining, or just relaxing and viewing the rice fields.

Guest House
The free standing Guest House is located on the far side of the living and dining pavilion on ground level. The furnishings include a queen size, four-poster bed fashioned from carved teak, with exquisite white linens and mosquito netting; an antique cabinet housing a TV and DVD player and a writing table and chairs.

The air-conditioned bathroom has a marble floor and a dressing area with fitted wardrobes, huge mirrors, and louvered doors which hide a safe deposit box and mini bar fridge. Double marble topped vanity units support large glass washbowls with teak cupboards and shelves. The toilet cubicle and separate shower are each located behind frosted glass doors.

Glass doors lead to an open air bathroom romantically lit by unique wall lamps. An oversize bathtub is sheltered under the roof eaves, and there is an outdoor rain shower for moonlit bathing.

Villa Avalon Ground
The 16 x 3 meter, blue slate tiled swimming pool has a waterfall at one end, two infinity edges, and is anchored by a Pendopo, used as a Relaxation Pavilion. This ancient structure is the core of a 150-year old wooden Joglo house from Java. Furnished with a rustic table, a deeply cushioned rattan sofa and chairs, this raised pavilion, with its antique terracotta tiled floor is another delightful area for dining, entertaining and relaxing. There is a granite topped bar for serving at the back of the structure. The white Palimanan stone pool terrace is shaded by sweet-scented white frangipani trees; there are four sun beds and two umbrellas.

The expansive gardens are dotted with palm trees and white-flowering shrubs and trees. Open to the rice fields on one side with a view unbroken by walls or fences, the property expands its borders.

Water is a predominant element in the spiritual landscape of Bali. This is reflected throughout the property, but especially in the enchanting water garden between the bedroom pavilion and the living/dining pavilion. The pond features white lotus and bulrushes, and is planted with white orchids and a frangipani tree on an island. Two serene Buddha statues sit in stone caves against a backdrop of flowing water to complete this beautiful water feature.

Staff
Villa Avalon is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained and experienced staff members who will ensure that guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team includes an in-house chef, a head houseman, housekeepers, a full time gardener and three security guards. The chef is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for the market shopping.

Villa Teresa adalah tenang terletak di surfing tenang Echo Beach Canggu Desa. Terletak di antara Canggu surfing pantai, tepi sungai dan pohon kelapa yang menakjubkan, Villa Teresa dapat diakses dalam waktu 45 menit berkendaraan dari Bandara Internasional Bali.

“Villa Hibiscus” is located in Tanjung Benoa adjacent to Nusa Dua and shares a beautifully designed and well-maintained Balinese compound with several other villas. However, each villa is set in its own private garden with tropical plants, flowers, and a small private swimming pool.

The RUMAH BALI complex, run by food guru Heinz von Holzen (author of the book “The Food of Bali” and owner of the very popular BUMBU BALI restaurant) includes also the “Balinese Village” with several restaurant areas, stages for traditional dance and theatre performances, and a large traditional kitchen. Excellent swimming beaches are just minutes away, and so are many restaurants and a clinic with internationally trained doctors operating around the clock.
